Fees

Regency Medical Clinic is not a bulk-billing Clinic. A full list of fees charged is available at Reception.
  • All patients are required to pay accounts IN FULL on the day of consultation.
  • The medicare rebate can be refunded immediately to your Eftpos/Debit Card or will be directly deposited into your bank account by Medicare.  If you haven’t registered your details with Medicare – forms are available at reception.
  • A discounted fee is available for concession card holders and children 16 years of age and under.
  • A surcharge applies after 6pm on weekdays and on weekends and public holidays.
  • Holders of Gold or White Specific Treatment Entitlement Cards are billed direct to DVA.
  • Did not attend fee is $45
  • We encourage patients with genuine financial difficulty to discuss their situation with their doctor, or our Business Manager.

As of 1 November 2023, our fees will be as follows:

Please Note:

  • Independent Doctors may have different billing polices and fees to the partners.
  • Pensioner Discount will only be applied upon presentation of valid Pensioner/Health Care Card. This must be presented at every visit.
  • From 1st July 2023 there will be an additional $5.00 fee added to the gap for accounts not paid in full on the day. 
  • If you are referred to a specialist, radiologist or other health care provider, we recommend that you contact them directly for fee information.

Cancellation/Did Not Attend (DNA) 

A fee of $45.00 will apply if you:-

  • Do Not Attend your Appointment/Telehealth
  • Fail to cancel your Appointment/Telehealth with less than 3 hours notice

This is not covered under Medicare.
