Due to changes in Medicare legislation, we now require your written consent before we can bulk bill your consultation.

If your doctor decides to bulk bill you, you will be asked to review and sign a Medicare assignment of benefit form, authorising us to submit a bulk billing claim on your behalf.

If you do not consent and do not sign the Medicare assignment of benefit form we cannot bulk bill you and an invoice will be issued, and you will be responsible for paying the gap amount.
