Telehealth & Isolation Appointments

If the doctor decides to bulk bill you for your telehealth or isolation appointment, we require your consent to be bulk billed. A consent request will be sent to you via SMS through HotDoc.

By replying as instructed in the message, you are providing consent for the consultation and for Medicare bulk billing to be processed on your behalf. 

If consent is not provided, we will be unable to process this service as a bulk billed claim. An invoice will be issued and you will be responsible for paying the gap amount.
