As of Friday 6/5/22, there will be limited seating available in our waiting room. Seating will available for patients who are unable to drive and instead arrive by taxi, walking or by bus. We request strict adherence to the 1.5m social distancing rule within the waiting room.

When travelling to the clinic via car, we ask you to phone reception on arrival to let us know you are here. You will then be required to wait in your vehicle until you receive a phone call that the doctor is ready to see you.

Patients are no longer required to QR code upon arrival to Regency Medical.

Surgical face masks are still required to enter the clinic. If you do not have a surgical mask, one will be provided to you on arrival.

Please have your proof of COVID-19 vaccination certificate ready to show our Covid Marshall. This is required each time you attend the practice.
